Man, two good races in a row! I love the paint schemes for the throwback weekend at Darlington. They always make some great ones. The only thing is, I never have any idea who is good and who is bad here. Well, lets look into what happened at the track to tough to tame.
The first caution was on lap 5 for Kyle Larson getting lose on the exit of turn 2. He dipped his tires under the dottted line, which if you go under there at the wrong place at the wrong time, you're dead meat. Also, I noticed something kind of awkward. Larson spun into the wall on lap 5, and his number is 5. I thought that was a really weird coincidence.
There wasn't a caution for this, but Brad Keselowski came off of pit road and drove onto the track. Then he lost a wheel nut, causing him to spin. Carson Hocevar got really lucky, because he just snuck by Keselowski. I'm guessing his team just didn't put the nut on right.
Then, with a couple laps left, Kyle Larson spun in the same spot he did at lap 5. I'm thinking he did that on purpose to help his teammate Byron catch up to the leaders. So a caution was called for that, which caused the race to go to overtime.
Now, this was this pure ridiculousness. Denny Hamlin pulled out of his pit stall, and I swear that he was speeding. I mean, how was he passing cars that were already up to the speed limit? The thing about that was, thats how he won.
That was another good race, I wasn't to happy about the finish, but it was still pretty good. So, go look at something else, I don't know, maybe look at the forum or something? Well, go check it out.
