The 2025 Shriners Children's 500 at Phoenix Raceway

Ok, were coming off of Christopher Bell's back-to-back wins, and were now at Phoenix, which he won at last season. So there's always a chance he could make it three in a row. There is one thing however, Chase Elliott finally stopped wrecking. I kept thinking "It's about time!". So anyway, let's forget this introduction and get to the article.

The first caution was for British female driver Katherine Legge, who simply got lose on the exit of turn 2 and spun. Then on the restart, Cole Custer got lose, made contact with Todd Gilliand, who then made contact with Ricky Stenhouse Jr. The bump sent Stenhouse spinning, and his nose got Custer in the quarter panel, which also sent him spinning.

Also, Micheal Mcdowell blew a right rear tire on lap 92, and somehow he blew another right rear later in the race! I'm sorry, but I just don't understand how you can blow the same tire in the same race twice. I'm also sure he was ticked off by that as well.

Then, we had a huge wreck late in the race when Justin Haley made contact with Chase Briscoe and sent him airborne. Lots of cars were caught up in that one, including Carson Hocevar, Shane Van Gisbergen, Brad Keselowski, Noah Gragson, and Cole Custer.

So, we come to the finish. Denny Hamlin was racing side by side with Christopher Bell as they made their way down the backstretch, they came to the line-still door to door-Bell got a little shove from Kyle Larson, but he made it across the line. First. Again.

So Bell is now the first driver to win three of the first four races since Kevin Harvick in 2018. I'm sure his pretty happy about that, and I'm happy I don't have to catch up on any more articles. Well, I'm done here. Go relax and play video games or something. Just enjoy yourself.
