Everybody roll your dice and show your cards-we're at Las Vegas for the Penzoil 400. Let's see who will win it this time. SPOILER ALERT: It's not Chistopher Bell. I'd say mabye Kyle Larson, he's usually good here. Then again, Logano won here last fall. I don't know. So anyway, let's get going.
The first caution was on lap 35 for Chase Briscoe losing a tire. I'm just going to say it now so I don't have to mention it later, I have never seen so many tires lost in one race. I'm not kidding, nobody could keep their dang tires on! It was absolutely ridiculous.
This was so hilarious I still can't get over it. Christopher Bell pitted with everyone else, but one of his tires wasn't tight enough. So he pulled into his teammates pit box and they actually gave him service! I have never seen someone do something like that.
Then on lap 189, Cody Ware got lose in the turn and spun, he also made pretty bad contact with the wall. It's like you look at one side of his car and you're like "Oh that doesn't look to bad." Then you see the the other side and you start to think that it belongs in a junkyard.
We had a huge crash on lap 196 including Ryan Blaney, Erik Jones, Noah Gragson, etc. The part that amazed me the most was when Jones and Blaney were spinning, and Blaney started coming up towards Jones. Then Justin Haley was approaching the two spinning cars, and thread the needle. He literally just barely made it through them!
Have your cards ready, the white flag has been shown. Josh Berry had a good lead over Daniel Suarez after passing him earlier in the race, but all the pressure was on him. This would be his first Cup series win, and guess what, he made it. Josh Berry won his first race with the Wood Brothers, and his first in the Cup series.
Well, I honestly wasn't expecting Josh Berry, out of all people, to win. I always thought he was more of a short track guy. Anyways, I got stuff to do, so thanks for reading this article.
