The 2025 Iowa Corn 350 at Iowa Speedway

Welcome to the Heartland-the Heartland that can't decide whether it wants to be a short track or an intermediate track. This track is also were new and old came together. New pavement on the bottom of the turn, and old pavement on most of the other parts of the track. The question is, who can figure it out? All that and more, coming up after this beautiful picture of the field lined up at Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa.

The first caution for an incident was on lap 169 when SVG spun in turn 2. He recieved minor damage on the back end of his car from contact with the outside wall.

Denny Hamlin spun from being part of a four-wide catastrophe between Micheal Mcdowell, AJ Allmendinger, Ross Chastain, and, of course, Hamlin. He was able to keep it of the wall, so no damages to the car were caused.

On lap 253, Christopher Bell and Tyler Reddick went for a spin after Reddick got a nudge from Chase Briscoe, causing him to drift up into Bell. Reddick had already suffered brake issues earlier, so it wasn't a good day for him.

This caution was pretty awkward, I have never seen this happen before. Todd Gilliand's side window fell out, and he had to get it replaced. I don't think they should have saftey parts falling out onto the track.

With one lap to go in the Iowa Corn 350, William Byron lead, but fuel was becoming a problem. We saw Bubba Wallace be able to stretch it last week, could we see that again? The answer, my friends, is yes.

That race was pretty boring, I hoped it would be more entertaining. Oh well, lets move on to-oh lord-why are there so many road courses?!?!
